In recent years, our rental and operating costs have also risen. To ensure we can continue to offer families a well-maintained space for gatherings, celebrations, and events, we will be adjusting our rental rates by 10% starting in 2026.

It is important to us that our services remain affordable, which is why we will keep – therefore, we will keep our prices moderate and fair even after the adjustment.

The kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery for up to 50 guests. Two ovens, a dishwasher, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a total of six hobs (four induction plates, two of which are ceramic) are included in the use of the kitchen. Pots, pans, bowls, and cookware are provided. Special requests can be accommodated upon request.

The childcare rooms (Kinderhüeti)

A twin coffee machine (Dolce Gusto and/or Delizio) is available for rent and is included in the rental price (coffee capsules, sugar, and cream are not included). A small refrigerator is available for shared use (other members of the house use it as well and it cannot be emptied completely).

The meeting room

The meeting room is equipped with a table with six chairs and a sink. A Wi-Fi printer, flipchart, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, and tableware for six people are also available.

Kafi

Crockery (glasses, cups and saucers) and a Nespresso coffee machine are available in Kafi Lollipop and are included in the rental price (coffee capsules, sugar and cream not included). Two refrigerator drawers are also included in the rental price. Unused food and drinks must be disposed of by the tenants themselves. If the crockery, wine glasses and/or dishwasher are to be used on request, a rental of the kitchen must be agreed.
